Cordiant Snow Cross 2: even more confidence on winter roads regardless of their type or condition. Cordiant technologies provide safety and controllability in the harshest weather conditions, inter alia, when maneuvering on icy surfaces.
The complex of winter COR-technologies is complemented by the adapted Nordic rubber compound: the application of natural oils increasing elasticity enables to expand the range of operating temperatures, the new type of silica filler allows to effectively use the grip surface microrelief.

ICE-COR technology
Created to ensure guaranteed safety of maneuvering on icy roads. Due to the unique model of studding each of the 18 rows forms a unique trajectory both when driving straight or turning.
All the 10 studs simultaneously covered by the contact patch work with maximum efficiency.

SNOW-COR technology
The directional tread pattern is complemented with innovative elements that increase the contact patch area.
Lateral three-stage cleats make it easier to get out of a snow track.

Brake activators and step-shaped self-locking 3D lamellas provide extended active edge length without the tread elements losing stiffness when cornering.

SPIKE COR XL new spike
Provides 10% rise of grip and 20 % increase of acceleration dynamics: the enlarged core of the stud penetrates deeper into the ice at a definite angle;
The increase in effective stud life: the shape of the stud body protects the stud against rotation with a 20% rise in reliability of the stud retention in the tread.
